It offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus a versatile office/media room perfect for remote work or relaxing. Outside, enjoy a refreshing hot-water outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or unwind in the private garage-level hot tub and turf lounge area. The property also features convenient EV charging infrastructure and ample storage spaces throughout to make your stay seamless.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM The Town of Oak Island strictly enforces a local noise ordinance during these hours. Please ensure noise levels remain low to respect our neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation!

By completing your booking, you automatically agree to abide by all house rules, local ordinances, and town regulations listed below. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and responsibility for any associated town fines: • TOWN NOISE ORDINANCE: Oak Island enforces a strict quiet-hours policy daily from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor music and noise to a minimum during these hours. • BEACH & DUNE LAWS: Please only access the beach via designated walkways. Do not walk on or place gear on the sand dunes. All beach gear (chairs, tents, umbrellas) must be removed from the beach by 8:30 PM daily. Unattended items left overnight are subject to confiscation and fines by the town. Glass containers are strictly prohibited on the beach. • PARKING & TRASH: Please park only in designated spaces on the property. Parking is not permitted in unmarked right-of-way areas or on the street. Trash roll-out details and pickup schedules will be provided in our welcome guide. • SAFETY & CONTRACTS: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. In accordance with the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, a signed rental agreement may be required prior to check-in.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the ground-level garage/lounge area. The only exception is the locked utility room located in the garage section, which is reserved for maintenance and owner storage.

The absolute best way to experience Oak Island is by golf cart. The town is highly golf-cart friendly, with dedicated parking spots at most beach access points and local restaurants. Book your rental a few weeks before your trip, as local rental fleets book out completely during the peak vacation season
